A data processing agreement regarding the processing of personal data is entered into between Customer and Cyber Online ApS.

At Cyber Online ApS, we collaborate with our customers on cybersecurity and related services. The data in these customer solutions belongs to our customers, who act as data controllers for the content and scope of the data. As a data processor, we act solely on instructions from the data controller. It is the responsibility of the data controller to determine the purpose and method of processing the data information. The data processor’s security measures are specified in the “Policy for Processing and Protection of Personal Data”. As data processors, we implement the necessary technical and organizational security measures to prevent accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, misuse, or any other unlawful processing of personal data. We, as data processors, comply with the provisions on processing security in the Act on Processing of Personal Data (Persondataloven) and relevant regulations. If the task involves processing confidential or sensitive information, we, as data processors, adhere to the special security requirements that have been established. Upon request from the data controller, we, as data processors, immediately provide sufficient information to allow them to assess and verify that the necessary security measures have been implemented and complied with. As a data processor, we have an obligation to seek clarification regarding any doubts about the security requirements and their compliance, including through communication with the data controller. The data processor notifies the data controller in case of security breaches. Information should only be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Information should only be disclosed to third parties in accordance with applicable legislation or upon instruction from the data controller. As a data processor, we ensure that only individuals authorized by the data processor have access to the processed personal data. We also ensure secure processing of data when connected to the internet or other open and wireless networks. Cyber Online ApS disclaims responsibility for the processing of data by third parties, such as subcontractors.
